01

Who we are

Nudgy, Lausanne, Switzerland.

Contact: contact@nudgy.ch.

02

What this covers

This notice explains how we handle personal data collected through the Nudgy website (nudgy.ch). It does not cover usage of the Nudgy product itself, which will have its own notice when it launches.

03

What we collect

When you submit the demo request form, we collect the name, work email, company, team size, and industry you provide.

We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies. No other personal data is collected automatically beyond what is technically necessary for the site to load.

04

Why we collect it

To reply to your demo request and, if relevant, schedule a conversation.

Legal basis: your consent when you submit the form, and steps taken at your request before entering into a possible agreement.

05

Who else handles it

Resend (resend.com, based in the United States) transmits form submissions to our inbox. Resend acts as our data processor under a data processing agreement that includes EU Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with any other party.

06

How long we keep it

We retain demo request data for as long as the conversation is ongoing, and up to 12 months after our last exchange. After that, we delete it.

07

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can request access to your personal data, correct it, or have it deleted.

To exercise these rights, email contact@nudgy.ch. We will respond within 30 days.

08

Complaints

Swiss residents may file a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (edoeb.admin.ch). EU residents may contact their national data protection authority.

09

Cookies

We do not use tracking or analytics cookies.
