This notice explains how we handle personal data collected through the Nudgy website (nudgy.ch). It does not cover usage of the Nudgy product itself, which will have its own notice when it launches.
When you submit the demo request form, we collect the name, work email, company, and team size you provide.
We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies. No other personal data is collected automatically beyond what is technically necessary for the site to load.

Legal basis: your consent when you submit the form, and steps taken at your request before entering into a possible agreement.
Resend (resend.com, based in the United States) transmits form submissions to our inbox. Resend acts as our data processor under a data processing agreement that includes EU Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers.
Vercel (vercel.com, based in the United States) hosts this website. Vercel processes server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) for the technical operation and security of the site.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with any other party.
We retain demo request data for as long as the conversation is ongoing, and up to 12 months after our last exchange. After that, we delete it.
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can request access to your personal data, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also object to processing or request data portability.
To exercise these rights, email contact@nudgy.ch. We will respond within 30 days.
Swiss residents may file a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (edoeb.admin.ch). EU residents may contact their national data protection authority.
We do not use tracking or analytics cookies.
